In this lesson, you’ll learn how to integrate your hook into a full post. A great hook only works if the content that follows delivers on its promise. After all, engagement starts with capturing attention and continues by maintaining it. You’ll discover how to structure posts to keep your audience hooked from start to finish.
To create a compelling post, follow the HBP Framework:
-
Hook: Begin with a strong hook that grabs attention right away. This should pique curiosity or evoke emotion, setting the tone for the content that follows.
-
Body: Show the pain or frustration they’re experiencing and why it matters. Once the problem is clearly defined, you can offer insights, examples, or stories that demonstrate why this issue is important and relatable.
-
Punch: End by presenting a single sentence that leaves the reader with an emotion and call-to-action related to the solution.
Exercise: Take your refined hook from Lesson 2 and use the HBP Framework to turn it into a full post, thread, or long form post. Afterward, reflect on how well your post connects with your target audience. Look for opportunities to optimize by adjusting the body or refining the solution to maximize engagement.
Protip: Add a visual to help the reader visualize and understand what you’re trying to communicate.
